| About Vinification： A part of the harvest is then dried slowly in our cellars to concentrate the flavours and structure. Our Selvarossa “Terra” is then aged in French oak barriques for 12 months before being finished in stainless steel and in bottle. |

| About tasting： The wine has an intense garnet red colour with a full bouquet of red fruits in particular ripe cherries with hints of vanilla and the special Negroamaro spiciness. On the palate it is beautifully soft with an intensity of flavour and soft tannins. Wonderfully fresh (thanks to the careful work in the cellar) it has a long and satisfying finish. Perfect as a wine of mediation… or of conversation! |
