About Vinification: Fermentation with maceration lasts about 8 days. The grapes are gently pressed and the malolactic fermentation is carried out. The wine is left to mature for at least 3 months in large glazed cement vats and aged for 3 months in bottle. |

About tasting: The colour is deep bright ruby red. It gives off a wide and intense strong aromas of ripe red berries. Enveloping and balanced on the palate. |
