About Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation of the grapes occurs with diraspature and it is followed by malolactic fermentation. Maturation takes place firstly in barrels and then in vats. The bottle ageing lasts 3 months. |

About tasting: The colour is deep red with garnet tints. On the nose pleasant fruity hints of wild berries such as raspberry are perceived and on the palate has elegant tannins and fresh minerality. Light, velvety and with a medium persistence. |

About foods: Ideal with grilled vegetables, with pasta and red meat. Also great for rustic appetizer of smoked ready-sliced meat and medium-aged cheeses. |
