About Vinification: After the harvest, the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed. The must is left to soak in contact with the grape-skins at temperatures of between 28° and 33° C for 4/5 days. A partial malo-lactic fermentation is carried out; subse-quently the wine is left to stand for a period in cement tanks, after which it is bottled. |

About tasting: The color is an intense red with slight purplish glints. The bou-quet reveals simple floral notes alternating with aromas of fresh fruit. To the palate the taste is young and genuine, evoking pre-valently fruity notes among which cherry is particularly conspi-cuous. |

About foods: Cold cuts, stews, strong-flavored vegetable and legume soups, fresh and medium strong cheeses. Serve at temperatures of around 18-20° C. |
