About Vinification: The destemmed grapes are softly pressed and macerated at low temperatures. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in steel at a constant temperature of 16°C. The wine remains in yeast for approx. four months and after bottling, it is refined in the bottle for at least two months. |

About tasting: This wine is a lively yellow of mid-range intensity and it appears crystalline in the glass. It’s perfumes are clear-cut and well-defined. You’ll discover meadow flowers, jasmine and pear. To the mouth, it’s compact and vibrant, approachable and pleasant. This wine boasts good structure and persistence and it gives off an agreeable mineral taste that adds flavor at the finish. |

About foods: Often served in Friuli as an aperitif, this wine is a magnificent match for typical cold-cuts from the region, especially San Daniele prosciutto. |
