Job Responsibilities:
1) Manage and classify companies’ files and contracts
2) Make sales reports concerning monthly, seasonal, and annual sales
3) Examine logistics documents and classify documents in accordance with clients’ requirements
4) Inform clients of debts payment as well as report to sales department regarding clients’ debts
5) Assist sales staff
6) Accomplish works assigned by supervisors.

5) Make PPT regarding training

2) Have an aesthetic sense; priority for those who have design experience
