 Canalicchio di Sopra is the tale of a winery that covers the history of winemaking in Montalcino over the last 59years, its growth and its worldwide success: the first bottle of Canalicchio di Sopra Brunello di Montalcino was produced in 1966. In 1967, Canalicchio di Sopra was one of the twelvefounders of the Consorzio del Vino Brunello di Montalcino

凯来丽可是一家位于托斯卡纳蒙特奇洛产区,有着59葡萄酒酿造历史的酒庄。它的发展及在世界范围的成功需要知道这两点:第一瓶凯来丽可布内罗红诞生于1966年;1967,凯来丽可酒庄是BDM协会的十二位创始成员之一。

60 hectares of terrain on the northeast side of the Montalcino hill including 19 cultivated with vineyards within a context that is very rich in its biodiversity, natural beauty and UNESCO patrimony since 2004: this is the heart of Canalicchio di Sopra today.

 From the intuition, entrepreneurship, and courage of Primo Pacenti, who founded the winery in 1962,to the wilful quest for quality and the meticulous work in the vineyard of son-in-law Pier Luigi Ripaccioli, who started working side by side with Primo in 1987, a common thread weaves through the qualitative development of our winery.

Since 2001, grandchildren have continued with respectful work uniting tradition with innovation, love and respect for the territory that they rely on to produce classic wines.

Today, Canalicchio di Sopra is the result of three generations of enthusiastic winemakers forever connected to Montalcino and its land.

In the bottles,  Canalicchio di Sopra aim to bring out those special characteristics that come from our Cru, from the microclimate that surrounds them, and from the people that work them to set us apart from the rest.

在瓶中,凯来丽可的目标是带出那些来自于其葡萄园葡萄的特殊的特性,来自它们周围的微气候,和那些为他们工作的人,使得凯来丽可与众不同。

 

 "We have chosen to work with only one grape variety, the only one we have gotten to know over the years, Sangiovese: we have learned to accept the unique way it expresses itself in our different cru,so similar yet so distinct from each other, and we wanted to build our identity on these differences."

 The vineyards extend over 19ha of land within the Canalicchio and Montosoli Cru: different terrain, different exposure, different microclimates making each vineyard unique. Elegant and strong, minerality and sapidity, acidity and purity of the grapes: these are the fruits of their labour.

The cellar is the place for patience and cleanliness, silence and magic.

The Canalicchio di Sopra cellar, which moved to Casaccia in 1995, is an example of how tradition and innovation can come together.

1995年,凯来丽可酒窖搬到了Casaccia, 是传统与创新完美融合的一个例子。

 

It is a place where what the land gives must be exalted without modifying it: everything at Canalicchio di Sopra is organized to bring out the best in our Sangiovese starting from the vineyards to the cleanliness and uniqueness of our Cru.

在这里,土地给予的必须是崇高的,并不会改变它:从桑娇维塞在葡萄园生长、采摘、酿造、陈年的一系列过程中,凯来丽可酒庄始终保证了其独特的部分。

The grapes, harvested from the vineyards around the cellar, are selected grape by grape. The fermentation takes place steel vats by controlling the temperature and with daily pumping over in order to extract elegance and character from the skins.

葡萄是从酒窖周围的葡萄园中采摘的,精挑细选后,在控制温度的钢桶中进行发酵,以便从果皮中提取其优雅和特性。

 

The mystic heart of the production is the ageing cellar where medium-sized Slavonian oak barrels quietly store Sangiovese.
