About Vinification:
After a soft pressing of the grapes, the must is decanted at a low temperature of 10° C for about 12 hours. The fermentation follows at 14-16° C in steel tanks. Finally, after the refinement on the dregs for about 2 months, the wine is bottled.
About tasting:
Straw white colour with greenish reflections; lightly vinous bouquet, remind the taste of an apple; dry, soft and lively taste.
About foods:
Good companion for lean dishes, sea foods and sea urchins.
