About tasting: eep ruby red. On the nose there are black fruits notes, sweet spices and tobacco. The palate is fresh and well balanced and in the final there is a delicate bitter and balsamic note. |

About foods: It matches perfectly with Cinta Senese salami, first courses with guinea fowl and rabbit, roasted white meats and lightly aged cheeses. |
