| About Vinification： The influence of the winds from the sea make this the ideal place to produce a fabulous Vermentino; the grapes are rigorously selected, picked by hand into cases and then cold-macerated at 10 C for 7 days. The wine spends a brief 3 months in French oak barriques and then maturation in bottle for about 1 year to enhance the richness. |

| About tasting： A very fine Vermentino with a nose laden with spicy fruit and minernality; harmonious and with complexity. The color is a bright straw-yellow and in the mouth it has good structure and great elegance. |
